HostingVirtuale è un’azienda molto seria ed affidabile nell’ambito dell’hosting a basso costo.
Offrono piani di hosting Linux o Windows per tutte le tasche mantenendo sempre molto alto il rapporto qualità -prezzo-spazio offerto.
Ho sottoscritto con loro il piano “Hosting Linux Basic”, che per 20 euro + I.V.A. mette a disposizione ben 1 GB di spazio, con 5 e-mail, illimitati alias, antivirus, antispam, pannello di controllo intuitivo ed assistenza impeccabile.
Quest’ultimo aspetto è quello che voglio maggiormente evidenziare: ormai, visto che la registrazione di un dominio con spazio web sono veramente alla portata di tutti, molte persone inesperte si cimentano con il web, dando vita a blog, siti personali, photogallery ecc.
Molte volte però l’inesperienza complica le cose e si deve ricorrere all’assistenza del provider scelto, spesso per chiedere cose banali e semplici. Molti hosting non sono per niente propensi ad aiutare i webmaster improvvisati e lasciano i clienti (sono pur senpre clienti, non vi pare?) abbandonati a sè stessi, liquidando le richieste con risposte secche, sbrigative e non risolutive.
HostingVirtuale è assolutamente in controtendenza. Rispondono ai ticket in pochissimo tempo, hanno un forum dove aiutano i clienti, insomma hanno un’assistenza che funziona alla grande.
Ma state tranquilli, difficilmente dovrete ricorrere all’assistenza. I loro server, ora ubicati in Italia, presso la struttura It.Net, sono velocissimi e sono sempre up. Di tutti i siti che ho, quello che attualmente risiede presso i server di HostingVirtuale, ha la percentuale di uptime più alta: 99,90% o giù di lì, monitorata personalmente in modo molto severo! Prossimamente sposterò altri siti presso di loro. Meritano fiducia.

Se vuoi raccontare la tua esperienza negativa, per me sarà un piacere darti spazio su questo blog, se invece sei qui per insinuare senza dare alcun contributo, qui non sei il benvenuto.
Sappi che non mi paga nessuno per scrivere, sono io che pago Hostingvirtuale per i miei siti. Ne ho trasferito un altro da Tophost (hosting disastroso) ed ho regolarmente pagato. Questo è quanto.
Basta andare a leggere nel loro forum di supporto che è pubblico, le statistiche dei siti sono di accesso a tutti (non spiego come ma chi è ha un sito con loro mi capisce)…poi non mi pare di aver visto tutta questa disponibilità , andate a leggere nel loro forum (consiglio mio)
per il resto è un ottimo hosting abbastanza veloce e con pochi momenti “down”
